A Robertson County woman was indicted for pointing a gun at two police officers in an officer-involved shooting earlier this year.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agents investigated an officer-involved shooting that happened June 16 in White House.

During the investigation, agents found information that Samantha Rediker, 34, of Cedar Hill, pointed a gun at two White House police officers.

The gun was later identified as a BB gun.

The officers responded to a reported domestic situation that involved Rediker and her wife at the Motel 6 on Hester Drive.

The officers told Rediker to drop the gun, but she did not, so they shot her.

Rediker was treated for her wound and released.

A Robertson County grand jury returned indictments Sept. 20 that charged Rediker with two counts of assault.

She was arrested Wednesday and booked in at the Robertson County Jail on $7,500 bond.
