Crye-Leike names Middle Tennessee’s top 25 agents for 2016

Crye-Leike, the nation’s fourth largest real estate company and the largest in Tennessee and the mid-South, announced its top 25 sales producers for 2016. 

The sales associates achieved the highest volume in sales for the company within its Middle Tennessee region. The rankings are based on closed gross commission income.

Natalie Harper with Crye-Leike’s Spring Hill branch office was named Crye-Leike’s 2016 producer of the year within its Middle Tennessee region, along with Pam Bodiford with Crye-Leike’s Mt. Juliet branch office ranked No. 2. 

Margaret Dixon with Crye-Leike’s Mt. Juliet branch office is ranked as Crye-Leike’s lifetime No. 1 producer in Middle Tennessee, continually named each year for achieving top producer of the company for the past 23 consecutive years. Jeff Jolly at No. 10 and Tina Perry at No. 18, both of Crye-Leike’s Mt. Juliet branch office in Wilson County, were among the company’s top 25 sales producers in 2016 within Crye-Leike’s Middle Tennessee region. 

“Our sales leaders are to be commended for their achievements, but Crye-Leike would be remiss if we didn’t further recognize the remaining members of Crye-Leike’s sales team who helped the company reach a record breaking year in 2016, $6.36 billion in sales, the highest ever in company history,” said CEO Harold E. Crye. Crye-Leike’s sales force of over 3,258 sales associates closed a total of 32,834 transaction sides in 2016.

Crye-Leike’s Middle Tennessee region includes sales from its 665 sales associates in 20 company-owned offices, including Nashville. Crye-Leike’s year-end sales volume in Middle Tennessee totaled $1.32 billion in 2016, up 6.3 percent from $1.24 billion through 2015, representing 5,372 in year-end closings in 2016 compared to 5,430 in 2015. Its average sales price year-to-date in 2016 was $245,367 compared to $228,368 in 2015. Crye-Leike’s Middle Tennessee listings and sales are represented in and around Davidson, Dickson, Maury, Montgomery, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson counties.
